My name is Susan Turner-Brentano and I have over 25 plus years of experience in the fitness industry, I am an Issa Certified Transformational Specialist, Issa Sports Nutritionist, Issa Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Kickboxer, Certified Schwin Spin Instructor, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Yin Yoga instructor, Certified in Hot 26+Yoga. I also have certifications as a Reiki level 1 instructor…. I have completed workshops in Spartan SGX , kettle bells and TRX. Susan also teaches locally in Hoboken, at various studios, she owns and operates a small group indoor exercise studio as well. Susan specializes in one of the most important training principles known as muscle confusion. Not only does she train her clients under this training principle, this is the only way she trains herself. She stands by this training method 100% – after one session you will see why. This training principle is all about variety. The reason she uses this training principle is simple; muscle confusion prevents plateaus and keeps your muscle growing to form a well-balanced, attractive body.
